Strawberries! It even sounds insanely delicious ♥️ We have been waiting for July for a very long time to announce the «Strawberry Seasons» together with BEEFEATER! They took place at the cafe at Mayakovskaya from June 18 to July 2. And at this time it was possible to try a special strawberry menu of breakfasts and drinks.

When we worked on the poster, it turned out that strawberries are quite legendary! According to one of the stories, it is considered a berry of love, because it saved the lovers from parting. On the other – the royal berry, because it was brought to the English Queen by ambassadors from Chile.

In general, the making process was insanely creative! We remembered the paintings of Bosch, our friends from The Suffering Middle Ages, even revised the biblical stories!

Especially for the «Strawberry seasons» we came up with 5 special dishes with strawberries and two cocktails based on BEEFEATER Strawberry Gin!

The summer of 2021 was very hot, and it was necessary to cool down properly! Especially for this, we came up with a crazy cocktail that even became Polina's favorite: sweet and sour strawberry bubble gum! We cooked it with gin and fresh strawberries, lemon juice and bubble drops! They are such magic drops which are used to help to form the foam and add a little bit of magic ✨

There were also strawberry tarragon fizz, which we also made with gin, and strawberry milk for those who drive, but wants to make chin chin too ♥️ Perfect in the heat! Easy, sweet and went perfectly with all our breakfasts!
